Iced teas, which are among the drinks that frequently consumed today, mostly produced from black tea and production of iced teas different plant origins is very limited. Poppy (Papaver rhoaes L.) an annual edible flower species belonging to family Papaveraceae, it has been stated in various studies anthocyanins contains have bioactive properties such as anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial antiproliferative.
